W Hotel & Residence
This weekend I hosted "Brokers Only" open house on this lovely property. Dustin Black the owner of Black Tie moving was gracious enough to provide champagne and a beautiful assortment of hors d'oeuvres. This residence is truly spectacular. The condo itself is appx 3000 sqft all on one level with 3 bedrooms. This property has had a million dollar renovation to make it what it is today. Aside from amazing views of Reunion Tower, The Margaret Hunt Calatrava Bridge, Perot Museum, and the Omni Hotel, what makes this home worth 2.7 million dollars. Let me show you...
This is how every closet should look and this is just one side of the master closet. The LED lighting makes it very easy to identify your blue vs. black suits. There are even fossils in the floors.
But what about the rest of the bathroom...
Beautiful pocket doors let the light in but still give you privacy.
With a bathroom like this, I wounder what the master bedroom looks like?!
The buildings at night are breathtaking. If your not out on the master terrace then you can soak up the views from bed. Tired of watching TV, not a problem, with the click of a button the TV will retract into the ceiling.
Ahh...now this is a living room. The extensive built ins give this condo plenty of storage. Did you notice the speakers that drop down from the ceiling? Well take a walk around and..they will follow you. ewwww.....ahhhh....
The wine refrigerator is nice and so is the espresso machine and the lovely lighting but where is the fridge?! Well its built into the cabinets so you don't even miss it. I also love what the owner did with the columns. Each one was lit up with LED lighting and covered with metal spindles that make these a show stopper! The brains of this home allow you to choose any lights or shades you would like on or off, up or down.
This unit is amazing. The interior is beautiful but the VIEWS...stunning! The perot museum was built as a work of art and from this angle you can truly appreciate it. The City of Dallas has knocked it out of the park with this skyline.
