This city really has everything! Residents donate their used moving boxes to the city and then the city offers them for sale to anyone with cash in their pocket! Now...they say that they accept credit cards and checks but they dont. Bring cash! These are a great bargain and the facility is nicely organized by box size so you can easily pick the sizes you need. I was there in Feb of 2014 and they had a warehouse full of wardrobe boxes, dish packs even packing paper! Now I have bought used boxes from someones garage but this is much safer and the boxes that were available were in excellent condition. Call ahead to make sure that they are open.

Driving Directions: 

From Preston Road (SH 289), turn west onto Main Street. Travel approximately two miles. Turn north on 2nd Street. The Environmental Collection Center is approximately 2,000 yards to the north.
